Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: September 27, 2026 · Last Updated: September 27, 2026
This policy explains how cancellation and refund questions are handled for Brezix Studio's custom project services. Specific written project terms take priority for that engagement, subject to applicable law.
1. Project-Based Services
Brezix Studio provides custom web development, software, design, AI, and technology services. Scope, price, payment schedule, deposits, deliverables, and cancellation terms may be agreed separately for each project. A written project agreement governs where one exists.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client cancels before significant work begins, any refund depends on the agreed payment terms and any work or expenses already incurred.
3. Cancellation After Work Begins
If a client cancels after work has started, fees for work already completed and expenses already incurred may remain payable. Any refundable amount will be considered under the project agreement and the work completed at the time of cancellation.
4. Deposits and Third-Party Costs
If a project requires a deposit, the quotation or agreement should state how it is treated. Costs paid to external providers, such as for domains, hosting, software subscriptions, APIs, or licensed assets, may not be refundable if the provider does not offer a refund.
5. Client Delays
Missing content, approvals, credentials, feedback, or other client-provided information may delay a project. Such a delay does not by itself establish a right to a refund; the project agreement and applicable law continue to apply.
6. Requests and Contact
For a refund or cancellation request, email brezixstudio@gmail.com with your name, project name, payment reference if available, and the reason for your request. We will review it under the applicable project agreement and this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will be published on this page.
