Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 27, 2026 · Last Updated: September 27, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Brezix Studio website and services. A separate written project agreement may set additional or different terms for a particular engagement.

1. About These Terms

Brezix Studio is an independent web development and technology team operating under the Brezix Studio brand from Pune, Maharashtra, India. It is not currently incorporated as a separate company, LLP, or other registered legal entity. These Terms apply to use of https://brezix.in and to services provided under the Brezix Studio name, unless a separate written agreement applies to a project.

In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the people operating under the Brezix Studio brand. “Client” means a person or organization that requests or receives our services.

2. Services and Project Scope

Depending on the project, we may provide website and landing-page design and development, web application and full-stack development, e-commerce development, UI/UX design, 3D web experiences, AI features, workflow automation, and integrations. The services and deliverables for a particular client are limited to what the parties agree for that project.

Project requirements, deliverables, timelines, pricing, revisions, technical requirements, and payment terms may be set out in a proposal, quotation, invoice, or separate written agreement. A material change to the agreed scope may require a revised timeline or additional fees, which we will discuss with the client.

3. Client Responsibilities and Delays

The client is responsible for providing content, assets, access credentials, approvals, feedback, and other materials reasonably needed for the project, and for ensuring they have the right to use materials they provide. Delays in receiving required materials or decisions may affect delivery dates. We will discuss material schedule changes with the client.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices, payment schedules, deposits, invoicing, and any applicable late-payment terms depend on the project and will be communicated in the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, or written agreement. If an agreed payment is overdue, we may pause further work after communicating with the client.

5. Delivery, Review, and Changes

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed work according to the project requirements and schedule. The client should review delivered work and report issues or requested changes within any review period agreed for that project. Additional work or changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately before we proceed.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for custom deliverables will be set out in the project agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, transfer of rights in custom work is subject to payment of all amounts due for that work.

Third-party and open-source software, frameworks, libraries, fonts, stock assets, APIs, and other materials remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Pre-existing tools, reusable components, know-how, and materials used by us do not automatically transfer to the client.

The client is responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to us may lawfully be used for the project and do not infringe another person's rights.

7. Third-Party Services

A project may rely on third-party hosting, domains, cloud platforms, APIs, payment services, AI services, CMS platforms, or other software. Those services may change, become unavailable, change their pricing, restrict accounts, or discontinue features. We are not responsible for failures caused by a third-party provider, but will discuss any agreed work needed to address them. Third-party charges are not included unless the project agreement says they are.

8. AI and Automation

Some projects may include AI or automation features. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete and may require human review. Unless a project agreement expressly states otherwise, we do not guarantee that AI output will be error-free or suitable for a particular decision. Clients are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

9. Confidentiality and Portfolio Use

We will take reasonable steps to keep confidential client information private. A client that needs specific confidentiality obligations should raise this before sharing the information so the parties can agree on suitable written terms.

We will seek the client's permission before publicly displaying identifiable completed work in our portfolio or promotional materials.

10. Warranties and Limitations

We will make reasonable efforts to provide services in line with the agreed project requirements. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee a particular business result, number of customers, search ranking, sales, revenue, third-party approval, or uninterrupted operation of an external platform or API.

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Acceptable Use and Ending a Project

You must not use the website or our services for unlawful activity, fraud, malicious activity, unauthorized access, or activity that violates applicable law.

A project may be ended according to the terms agreed for that project. Amounts for work already completed and expenses already incurred may remain payable as set out in the applicable agreement. Any refund or cancellation will be handled under the project agreement or our Refund Policy.

12. Disputes and Applicable Law

If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Unless a written project agreement provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.

13. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Questions about these Terms can be sent to brezixstudio@gmail.com.
